Placing an online order:
- All orders are designed and created by me in my studio. Each piece of jewelry is individually handmade to order. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. However, most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Gift Cards:
- Finding that special gift for someone couldn't get easier! Give them the gift of choice with a Krista Sheldon Gift Card.
- Gift Cards are delivered via email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Shipping:
- Complimentary USPS ground shipping on all orders of $100 or more.
Returns:
- If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, you may return your purchase for exchange or a full refund within 15 days of the ship date. Items returned must be in original condition.
